Prepares complete drawing packages including assembly views and part lists and releases into Product Lifecycle Management System.
Coordinates with program team for timely release of drawing package in support of program schedule.
May prepare parts lists including the entry of new drawing part numbers into PLM system.
Creates and processes Engineering change notices in support of program schedule.
Completes work in compliance with applicable internal and external standards and specifications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
This position may require knowledge of SOX / 404 internal audit controls and related documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree from two-year college, technical school, desired
At least Two years of Mechanical Drawing experience

Competencies:
Demonstrates competent knowledge of:
Basic to intermediate understanding of Mechanical design concepts and techniques
Basic to intermediate understanding of mechanical drawings tool usage, SolidWorks and/or AutoCad
Basic to intermediate knowledge with Product lifecycle management system (such as Omnify) and produce bills of materials
Manage and organize files using Microsoft windows explorer
Ability to take directions from team manager, senior team member or program manager
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to complete tasks on schedule and on budget, with emphasis on improving skills using design tools and techniques
